New York Fashion Week just wrapped up, as brands big and small were looking to create unforgettable moments with their runway shows. An event held by social media agency Creators Inc. served as the backdrop for one especially memorable scene.

A viral TikTok showed what appeared to be a male model strutting the catwalk wearing a trash bag and a pink shower cap. No one in the audience seemed to bat an eye and figured he was part of the show, even though he repeatedly looked behind him as if he was being chased while walking down the runway. Suddenly, a security guard ran up and grabbed him, dragging him off the catwalk in the blink of an eye.

It turns out that the “model” was none other than 21-year-old Fred Beyer, a prolific prank YouTuber with more than 300,000 subscribers on the platform. The Florida-born personality regularly shares videos of his antics on his channel as he pranks members of the public, the service industry, and even law enforcement.

Not surprisingly, Beyer wasted no time in documenting what happened on his YouTube channel. In a 13-minute video simply titled “Pranking Fashion Week,” he showed what happened not just before and after his infamous runway walk, but when he walked around various shows talking to people. When someone wearing a Creators Inc. shirt was talking to him, the man spoke directly to the camera, calling him “the biggest fucking asshole I’ve ever seen in my fucking life.”

Seconds before Beyer hit the runway, Ye (the artist formerly known as Kanye West) was walking down the catwalk to his hit song “All of the Lights” while wearing a blue sweatshirt that read “Jewish Lives Matter.” Beyer then walked onto the runway, and while passing the Yeezy designer, he shook his hand and called him a “Jew hater.” Then, in never-before-seen footage, the security guard started laughing after he escorted Beyer out of the room.

All publicity is good publicity, right?
