1. Mamey Gluten-free Oatmeal Cookies

  • Serve: 1
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes


  • Mamey fruit: 30g
  • Rolled oats: 30g
  • Chia seeds: 5g
  • Egg: 1
  • Raisin: 10g
  • Vegan butter: 30g
  • Sunflower seeds: 5g
  • Jaggery (powdered): 15g
  • Cinnamon: 2g


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine jaggery with butter. Mix and beat it until it appears creamy. 
  3. Now add vanilla, chia seeds, egg and mix well. 
  4. After 2-3 minutes, add mamey, nuts, and cinnamon. 
  5. Lastly, stir in raisins, oats, and sunflower seeds. 
  6. Now, place the mixture on an oiled sheet. Leave about two inches from the other. 
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 mins until they turn light golden brown around the edge. 
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

2. Healthy Mamey Smoothie

  • Serve: 1
  • Preparation time: 10 minutes


  • Mamey fruit: 100g
  • Banana: 1
  • Ice: 20g (optional)
  • Oatmeal: 30g
  • Cinnamon: 2g
  • Milk: 100ml
  • Dates: 3


  1. Blend all these ingredients in a blender. Keep blending till it forms a smooth mixture. 
  2. Pour it in your smoothie glass, garnish with cinnamon powder and consume fresh.
  3. Serve cold and enjoy.
