Healthy Air Fryer Chicken Breast

What an exciting time to be alive. Amazing chicken breasts in no time at all, thanks to the invention of the air fryer. What’s more, it’s easy and healthy. Usually you have to sacrifice one of those for the other but not with this recipe. Once you’ve got the chicken, the rest of the ingredients are no doubt already in your cupboard, so pull them out and let’s go. - 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper
- In a bowl mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley and salt and pepper.

- Pop the coated chicken breasts into the air fryer and cook at 350 F for 5 – 6 minutes.

How To Store Air Fryer Chicken Breast
Let the chicken cool completely before wrapping in plastic or foil. You can keep it refrigerated for up to 4 days. You can also freeze the chicken. After wrapping them individually, put them in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container. They will keep in the freezer for up to 4 months. When reheating, make sure the chicken attains an internal temperature of 165°F. Microwaving the chicken can dry it out, so I suggest reheating it in a 350°F oven or on the stovetop in a pan with a little bit of oil.

- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper
- In a small pot melt together the butter, paprika, lime zest and juice and salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breast into a bowl and pour over the butter mix, use your hands to really coat the breasts.
- Pop the coated chicken breasts into the air fryer and cook at 180C for 5 – 6 minutes.
- Turn the breasts over in the airfryer and use a pastry brush to brush on the remaining butter mix. Return to the airfryer and cook for a further 5 – 6 minutes.
