Everything You Need to Know About Walmart’s New Store Brand

With more than 4,000 stores in nearly all 50 states, Walmart has become a one-stop shop for millions of Americans to buy groceries, clothes, home products, and more. Besides offering countless brands that Americans are used to seeing in stores, Walmart also has many other brands of its own.

On April 30, Walmart announced the debut of a new store brand, and it’s set to fill a void among the conglomerate’s offerings.

What is Walmart’s new store brand called?

The new brand is called Bettergoods. In a statement, the company called the label “a new elevated experience that delivers quality, unique, chef-inspired food at an incredible value.”

Bettergoods joins other store brands sold by Walmart like Great Value and Equate.

How does Bettergoods differ from other Walmart store brands?

While Walmart has offered store brand food items with Great Value, Bettergoods is entirely dedicated to food products. The company says the line will deliver “a brand-new, fresh take on the culinary experience with elevated taste, flavor, and variety that’s approachable and—most importantly—affordable.”

How much will Bettergoods items cost?

According to Walmart, Bettergoods items will range from less than $2 to under $15. Most Bettergoods products will be available for under $5.

What Bettergoods items will Walmart sell?

You can find Bettergoods items in the grocery section at Walmart. There are 300 items to choose from, including frozen food, dairy, snacks, beverages, pasta, soups, coffee, chocolate, and more.
