Carl’s Jr. Giving Away Free Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for National Burger Day

Carl’s Jr. is giving away free Western Bacon Cheeseburgers on February 12, which is both National Burger Day and the day after the Super Bowl. What could be better after all that day drinking than a cheesy BBQ burger?

The Western Bacon Cheeseburger consists of a charbroiled all-beef patty accompanied by two strips of bacon, a slice of melted American cheese, two large, crispy onion rings, and topped off with tangy BBQ sauce on a sesame seed bun.

“It’s no secret that we are unapologetic about our flavors at Carl’s Jr.,” Jennifer Tate, Chief Marketing Officer at CKE Restaurants, said in a statement. “Our unique ingredients like house-made guacamole, whole Anaheim green chiles, pickled jalapeños, and tangy Western BBQ Sauce create a visceral must-have-now urge among our guests.”

No purchase is necessary to get your free Western Bacon Cheeseburger on February 12, but you will need to download the Carl’s Jr. app and join the free My Rewards program. Once you do that, you’ll receive your Free Burger Day offer within the app. You can order your free burger via the app, or by walking into a restaurant the old-fashioned way and showing your in-app offer to a Carl’s Jr. employee.

The perks don’t stop at one free burger, though. My Rewards members get exclusive offers and discounts throughout the year. Members also earn “Stars,” which can be redeemed for free food, with every dollar spent at the restaurant.
