Continuing on with beginner bodybuilding fundamentals, I shed some more light on training and nutrition strategies to achieve muscular development and/or fat-loss. Not everything you read or listen to is exactly 100% anymore and I don’t think it’s right for advanced principles of training, dieting, and weightlifting to be thrown to people in a one-size-fits-all manner.
