It’s been less than two weeks since disgraced congressman George Santos (R-NY) was expelled from the House following a tumultuous year in the public eye, in which nearly every facet of his life was reported to be fabricated. However, 35-year-old has since found a new life on Cameo, much to the apparent delight of Big Mouth co-creator Nick Kroll.

Santos is charging an eye-popping $500 on the platform, which allows celebrities to send personalized video messages to fans. And of those who have shelled out for the schadenfreude, a handful have made their way online, such as the one Kroll put on blast. In his own video, the comedian notes that Santos’ voice bears more than a passing resemblance to Lola, one of the many, many characters he voices on the popular Netflix animated series.

“Did George Santos steal Lola’s voice?” Kroll wrote, posting the video on Tuesday evening.

After playing a clip from the Cameo in question, Kroll launched into his own bit.

“Sorry for interrupting, but I just wanted to say thank you for the love, thank you for the kindness,” the 45-year-old said, initially imitating Santos. “Thank you for sharing my ‘ol voice, it’s me Lola Ugfuglio Skumpy! George Santos, congratulations on your very graceful exit from Congress to the very distinguished world of Cameo.”

“I am beyond flattered and filled with flabbergast that you want to share the exact same way of speaking with me,” Kroll continued, as Lola. “You are such a force of reckoning and I believe so heavily in the direction that your beautiful array of truth is becoming a lie to live by and live with.”

“Thanks George, all the best, and looking forward to catching up at Claire’s,” he added, referring to the jewelry and accessory chain popular among tween and teen girls.

In addition to the apparent similarity to Lola, Santos’s likeness has been portrayed in pop culture by Bowen Yang on Saturday Night Live and Jon Lovitz on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the latter of which resulted in a brief Twitter feud between the politician and comedian.

Likewise, it was announced last week that an HBO film about Santos is in the works from Veep and Succession executive producer Frank Rich. While he may be ousted from Congress, it seems as though for all intents and purposes, we haven’t heard the last of George Santos anytime soon.
